I just bought this, has anyone read it or tried the new program in it?

    You will get plenty of ab work with your squats and dead-lifts.

    If you ever want more do some smith pall planks, try and work up your strength so you can do it for a minuet straight.

    Actually that is one of the things they claim is not true in this book (the AB work from squats and deads) They seem to be backing off some of the stuff in their previous books, that's why I was curious if anyone had read this new one. Thanks for your reply! :)
