How to deal witht he fustration

I started using MFP and to get healthy the first of Jan. I have lost 4 lbs so far, so I know that 1 lb a week is good, but I've been eating my calorie goal, plus doing exercise 3 times a week at an hour a time. That is about 400 calories each time, 1200 a week. that with my lower calories I thought would help me lose more, but it seems that it's not. Most of the time I don't eat back my calories from exercising, and I'm wondering if it's put my body in starvation mode.

Eat some of it back - or if you are hungry, all of it....0

You are probably gaining muscle also. It will seem like you aren't losing much but go by how your clothes feel on you. Keep up the great work0
