Hi everyone, be patient as I try to figure out how to post the pics.
I started at 195 (in September)

I can't believe that is only a 10 pound weight loss!!! Looks like 30+ pounds gone. Great job!!! Insanity looks like a tough program, it scares me. Props to you for taking it on! It obviously works great!0
