Help needed to become a morning workout person!

Hey all, My work schedule has changed so now in order to make sure I get my workouts in, I have to do them in the mornings...

The problem? I am NOT a morning person!!! If you have any tips to help this night owl get out of bed and go for a run and/or to the gym for strength training, please let me know. It is so cold and dark in the mornings here it's really hard to motivate.

    The only thing you are going to be able to do is "Get up and GO" before you know it, you will form the habit and become addicted to the boost of energy and good feeling given by a morning workout...
