I did it!!!!

When I started working out, four months ago, it took me over 22 minutes to walk my mile. That was 2 months after my surgery. My goal was to get it down to 15 minutes. Today I did it!!!:bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: I am SO proud of myself for keeping at it and meeting my goal! Guess I have to find a new one!

    It feels awesome to reach goals, I always try to set goals for myself because that is the only way I can visualize getting there maybe it works for you too. You should set a new goal and let us know when you succed so we can share you happiness:bigsmile: . Way to go and keep up the good work :drinker:
