Want to lose the weight???

How are you doing it? (Calorie counts, excercise, water or cutting out a specific item?)

    1..lots and lots more food and way way less activity
    2..tired of being uncomfortable in my skin let alone the cloths. also do not want any negitive health issure
    3.. trying to do the little at a time so i don't get burned out, like i have a million times before and given up. Calorie counting is new to me so if i can incorporate it in with the other life changing ways i have learned i will be successful!
