Well, I have put on quite a lot of weight since I began a new relationship February 2011. I'm the heaviest I've ever weighed and it's time I make a change. I would love to get back down to my normal size- or less. I'm shooting for a 50 pound loss but I would be very happy with 30 pounds.

I also have PCOS - which hampers the insulin from properly processing glucose and all that energy is stored in the fat of the human body... in other words it's easy to gain and hard as hell to lose weight. :-(

I've been tracking on MFP for 15 days, I've been maintaining a healthy diet usually 1200 calories but sometimes less than 1400 per day, I've cut out all sugary drinks and especially cut out alcohol. I joined bootcamp (Groupon deal for one month) and this is my last week. I attend bootcamp classes at 6p 3-4 times a week for one hour and on days that I don't go to bootcamp I do another form of exercise - Zumba, cardio, Jillian Michaels video, etc etc. All while wearing my new Hot Pants btw.

Point is, I've been working very hard! I haven't lost any inches in measurements and I have only lost 3 pounds. Are you FN kidding me?

I'm so exhausted today and really down on myself. I know it's only been 15 days and that's not a lot but considering the major exercising I've been doing and the dietting... I would have thought I'd lost more by now.

I leave for Mexico in about a week and I'm trying to get just a few more pounds off before the trip. I also am the bridesmaid in a wedding in May and I ordered my dress one size smaller for motivation. Argh! This is tough.

Anyone else struggle with PCOS? I could use some motivation right about now...
