question about exercise names

I am starting to do strengthening exercises w/ resistance bands. What would those be under in the exercise data base?

I was actually going to ask a similar question just now but saw yours! I bought the Body By Jake Tower 200 and it has elastic bands and is all a strengthening workout...totally intense and I absolutely love it but have no idea how many calories I burn without a heart rate monitor etc...can't find anything online about it but I absolutely love the workout!0
