Weekend Weakness.....no self Control

Help!!!! I do great during the week with watching what I eat and counting calories, drinking my water and exercising, but here comes the weekend and I find myself not drinking ANY water, and doing OK on my calories and very minimal exercise, I dont know how to keep myself motivated on the weekends, then weigh in is on monday (all the ladies at my work are doing a weightloss program together) so anyway, does anyone have any ideas on how to keep yourself motivated on the weekends as well as during the week!
