Hello people
a rant is required. I have had a fabulous holiday and now I cannot get back into gear - jet lag is over no excuses. I am eating when not hungry, and rubbish at that, last week i managed Macdonalds twice, Chinese once, Fish and chips twice, Pizza hut, Nando's, plus fizzy calorie loaded drinks, biscuits, chocolate here and there although this isn't my downfall, oh and i nearly forgot 2 panini's containing cheese.
WTF
I am a moron. Summer is coming, I have holidays and fun times galore ahead of me all of which will be a rubbish thing as I so loathe to do these things at my current size i am a mere 6lbs shy of my all time heaviest and am so sick of it.
Yesterday hubby was focussed on my midriff area and i was not enjoying the stare ....
i have a 30th party sat night which i am going to bail on as i feel too humiliated to go and stand there at 19.5stones odd
Someone kick me into gear
I have so much to look forward to and i am just existing and not enjoying life
groan xxxx

I completly understand. Over 6 weeks of Christmas (Nov. - Dec.) I worked 150 hours of overtime and drove 4,000+ hours. After that I had a week vacation.
I didn't go to the gym or anything and it was really hard to get motivated back into the lifestyle I had before. I focused on one thing at a time. First got eating back under control, then added back the gym. I also posted how many pounds I had left to lose on mirrors in the house and the pantry.
I lost 25 pounds before Christmas and today was the first time since then I have seen the scale move down.
You can do this!0
