Exercising when sore

I did a new workout yesterday. now, I am sore with pulled muscles. I don't want to NOT work out but does anyone have any advice on what I should & shouldn't do? Normally, I would do a low impact workout that's easy on the body but I'm not sure if that's the best plan.

Any ideas? Suggestions?
