Does anyone know how many Calories a Zumba workout burn?

Is anyone able to tell me how many calories exactly a 65 minute Zumba work out burn? i think its around 465 but some say its more than that! has any one got and ideas on this? thanks a lot xox

I burn about that during Zumba. I am 5'4 and 103.

Wear a HRM and you will know exactly. You can't go based on others because you have no idea what they weight, how tall or the amount of effort being put in.

Go to zumbacalories.com and you can find out how many calories (approximately) you burned.

hey i just did a zumba work out class it was 40 mins and i burnt 343 cals on my HRM so 65 would prob be 510????
