Life after FAST???

So I just came back to a normal diet after being on the Daniel Fast for 12 days (I ate no meat, dairy or wheat products only beans, fruits, veggies, and oatmeal) Anyway, I lost 2 lbs. I havent had that high of a weight loss for a LONG time. (I only have 13lbs left) During the fast I noticed my protien really low and I had to adjust my workout schedule to 1 hr a day, cardio only. Anyway, at first I was happy but now I'm worried that I may have lost all muscle and my metabolism is screwed up.

The reason I'm concerned is because its been 3 days since I've started eating "normal" food and I have not been going over on calories but I've gained 1.6 lbs already. Could it be sodium or did I really mess my body up? How long will I gain weight?
