30 Day Shred and fitness levels

Does 30 Day Shred modify for different fitness levels or is it for people who are already fit that need to change up their routine? I need a good beginner DVD.

If you would not recommend it for a beginner could you suggest a different DVD? Thanks.

    I did a Biggest Loser DVD first because I couldn't do the Shred. Afterwards the Shred was doable. The way the Shred works is there are 3 levels and you are supposed to do each level 10 times. I got good results with it. Good luck

    30DS Jillian has 2 people with her, one is for beginners to follow and one is for average/advanced people. I would give it a try, at first I couldn't do some of the exercises but just jogged on the spot or did something similar. You can do this. I also enjoy the biggest loser videos they are tough but doable for beginners. Hope this helps.
