Not new but I'm serious now

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to lose at leat 40 pounds in 2012. Not fad dieting, just getting healthy the safe way 2 lbs a week. I'm doing Zumba for my exercise and I'm already seeing changes to my body. I think I'll stick with it since it is working for me. I'm looking for friends too, trying to build a support network to help me stay on track. good luck to everyone!
