My story so far. No pics :0(

For the last 11 years i have struggled with my weight...even more so after i had my daughter back in 2009. My biggest shock came last year when a photo was taken of me pushing my daughter on a swing. I NEVER EVER imagined in a million years that i had got that big. Ok ...I admit my clothes size had gone up from a 14 to bordering size 20, but i really thought that i didn't look that big in the mirror. OH HOW WRONG I WAS. !!!!
it was my own fault i had got that big.... i was playing darts, drinking beer & having dinner before i went out and eating the pub food after darts. At its height i was out 5 nights a week like this.
A friend introduced me to MYFITNESSPAL in June 2011. when i came back from holiday at the beginning of July I began my Calorie Journey.
My starting weight was 235 at 5ft 10. I set myself a goal of losing 1 lb a week. Within 1 month I had lost 1 stone. This was all without exercising. By Sept 5th 2011 i had lost 2st 3lbs and had dropped down to a tight size 16 jeans. wooohooooo. I was so happy with how far i come. But then i slipped .....all the way through to Xmas, putting back on 11lbs.
So as we all do in the new year, i'm right back on it. My head is focused as to where i'm heading. I've brought 30day shred and have 1360 calories to eat a day. Since New years day i have lost at least 2 inches from all over my body, except the 3 inches from my bust . I now have lost those 11lbs that i put on through Sept, Oct Nov and Dec 20011 and have in total lost 2stone 7lbs. (35lbs )
if anyone is thinking of purchasing 30 day shred....THEN DO IT!!! Its sooooo worth it, but tough with it.
I am now into my size 16 jeans but even they are starting to get loose. My goal is 175lbs so i have another 23lb to go.
With this determination and friends to support me on My fitness pal i know i will reach my target.
