Oooh some of my faves have already been mentioned. Till I Collapse by eminem, I LOVE Modeselektor, Bassnectar my favorite of his is his version of Nelly Furtado's Magical World, Love LMFAO for the silliness that they inject into my playlist. I've been taking shortcuts on my playlist and just downloading premixed sets from rockmyrun.com or from favorite djs.

If I'm stuggling with my run that day then I like "Coming Undone" by Korn

I just created a new playlist and I find it really pushes me when I need it.
    Lauren Alaina - Georgia Peaches
    Miranda Lambert - Kerosene
Black Eyed Peas - Let's get it started
Danny Fernandes - Hit me Up
Kanye West - Ni**as in Paris
    Christina Aguilera - Fighter
Nickleback - When We Stand Together
    Will.I.Am - T.H.E.
Britney Spears - Till the World Ends

I need the slower paced country at the begnining so I can properly build up my pace otherwise I take of way to quickly and then crash way too early

*hangs head in shame* Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO :) I also like, Shots, Sexy and I Know It, Tik-Tok and You Make Me Feel by Cobra Starship. While it's not my favorite type of music, the BPM keeps me moving when I run.

Yep, me too! I NEED upbeat tunes - dance/pop type stuff - to get me through!!!

Spoon is great. I could probably make a nice mix just from Spoon albums.

It is. Since I now associate that song with Dawn of the Dead, when it comes on, I pretend I'm running from zombies.

For pure motivation, I go with this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oAlztMvvNkk If you happen to be a fan of the show, you know that the badassery that accompanies this makes it amazingly motivational.

When I want something that's upbeat and good for kicking up the RPMs on the elliptical, I go more for techno tracks:

  • Deadmau5 - I Remember ( I zone out and keep a pretty good pace when this comes on)
Coldplay - Paradise (Motivates me to increase pace when I start to get a bit tired)
30 seconds to Mars - Battle of One (The last sprint(s) are usually to this song. *kitten* is intense!)
