Im currently at my goal weight, and feel so good about my body for the first time in, like, EVER!!
I now want to get my body fat % down, and be totally ripped!!
Now Im at goal weight, if I start to reduce fat but pack on muscle, will I naturally get heavier? Im not bothered about what the scales say, but just insterested to know what to expect?

getting your body fat % down and being totally ripped are two completely different goals, you should focus on bulking up and adding muscle, eat a few hundred calories over maintenance so you can put on some muscle. Then after a few months of that cut your cals.0

I do.
It can be a little disheartening, when we are conditioned to measure our success by weight. But really - who knows what you weigh? Other people can see what you look like - not what your scales say.
When I am just running- I lose weight, but the last three/four weeks I have been doing fitness DVDs- mostly 30 Day Shred - and I am a few pounds heavier than usual. If I couldn't see the results iin a mirror I could be quite upset about the extra lbs, but I know that my clothes fit much better - and I have an appointment with a bikini and a beach very soon - so it is the appearance which is important - not the horrible little electronic applicance which lurks in the corner of the bathroom and tempts me to jump on each morning....
However,I do think that our bodies are all different, and not everyone finds it as easy to pack on muscle as others - so I guess they won't gain..
Who knows?????0 -
Yes you may be heavier but you will be thinner since muscle takes us less room than fat does.0

Trying to "reduce fat but pack on muscle" is a recipe for wheel-spinning0 -
I'm thinner now than I was a year ago and I weigh 4 pounds more (went down two sizes too). I'm much happier with the way I look and feel. I am still struggling with the ongoing obsession I have with the scale, but I figure, like with everything else, this too shall pass...0

I've been bulking for 3.5 months. I've gained 9 pounds but am still wearing the same clothes.0

Thats good. If anything, I want to reduce my dress size. I want to work on having nice sculpted shoulders, and a 6 pack!!0
