How do people feel the day after zumba on the Wii?

Im usually intermediate range for fitness - pretty fit. Would say I am around average now. What sort of level is this at. Is it particulary good for any areas? Be great to hear from people who have been using for a little while!

    I have had this game sitting on the shelf for quite awhile now. I too would be interested to know how people like/dislike the game.
