I just bought Jillian Michael's 30 Day shred DVD. And I became curious to know how many calories it burns in a workout so I came on here to log it and find out.
I can't seem to find a way to log it.
Any ideas?

You wont know for sure unless you have a HRM. I would log it as aerobics. Depending on your weight/height etc, you probably burn 150-300 cals approx (based on what I have seen MFP friends log)0
