So I just went on a mindless binge in the kitchen. Not horrible, a serving of cupcake goldfish, one girl scout cookie, and a small bag of baked chips.

Can certain parts of your normal diet have something to do with this? Feel free to look at my diary if you need something to go off of. Just curious, thanks.

It felt like my brain was saying no, but my body was telling my brain to stfu.

If it fits within your calorie and fat goals I wouldn't worry about it. However, if it doesn't then what I have done is force myself to eat enough baby carrots til I am full and my urges are gone.

I do the same thing sometimes too... and it's really related to stress, boredom and fatigue for me... It's generally never about hunger for me.
  • For me, it only happens when I let myself get too hungry. I haven't looked at your diary, yet, but maybe try eating smaller meals more times a day if this is a frequent problem for you.
  • I think it's usually boredom but it can also come from over restricting. Well that is my issue anyway.
