NOBODY here thinks it will be easy.........but there are ALOT of people willing to help you reach a goal!
I agree!!
I am not at my comfort zone being over 200lbs, but as I slowly start to work out and feel happy that I logged my food and stayed under goal or feel happy about "bragging" when I log my workouts I gain a little more confidence and satisfaction. I look forward to finding my comfort zone again. So try to think of the internal changes as uplifting and positive and a new adventure on a new you.
Good Luck on your journey and know that we are all here to help you out and support you. Feel free to add me if you want.0 -
The only changes you will do on the inside is truly become the new real you! You might change some but it will be a good change. Like an addition to the person you already are!
Go for it!

Hi Aran,
I'm here for you and I sent you a friend request. I know exactly what you are going through and any new journey is scarey. But you can do this.0 -

Hey Aran, I can so relate with what you said. I've been on a weight loss journey for 1 year now, have lost ~80 lbs. As you get more conscious of your health goals and become fitter, you will definitely change. This journey is life changing, so you will change... for the better.
You will make better choices (from what you eat and how you spend your time, etc) because you become more informed. For the longest time I’ve ignored my weight issues. One thing that kept me going was the fact that I’m in my thirties already, I have to make a choice. I’ve already lived probably half my life span (hope not!). How many more years can my body handle the poor diet, or my low activity level? As my body wears down with age, how long can my bones carry the excess weight? It’s like I’m carrying an extra person inside me. I shiver at the thought that I may not have enough time left to help myself. My body deserve better. We all deserve better. We can do this!
Feel free to add me and let's support each other.0 -

hey,
i know how it feels to want to stay in our comfort zone. I think you will change, but that doesn''t mean you will become a new person, you will continue to be you, but i'm sure you'll be more determined and courageous to have had accomplish this goal0 -
Welcome aboard, and congratulation on having such a positive attitude and making some decisions that will change your life.
You know what though, they won't change you. They might change how you feel and how you react at certain times, but that's all good stuff, we have to grow and change as we move through life.
Good luck!0 -
Welcome Aran! I'm new to the site too! Your story is real and honest, kudos! Congrats on choosing the healthy, natural way to lose weight and get fit! I have many family members that have chosen bypass surgery and I almost lost my mom to it. You will only change for the better! It's hard to step out of our comfort zone, but that's what it takes to be successful in anything. You'll still be you, just a healthier, happier version! Good Luck and welcome!0
