My name is Amy I am 40 years old and new to Mfp. I am looking for support on my journey. My children are getting older and I realized it is time for me!!!! I have started to eat healthier and go to the gym 3-5 days a week. I have a loving family and friends but need outside support. So wish me luck and hope to get to know some of you soon!!! Thanks
