Motivation Clinics

Hey guys - just wondering if anyone else is following the Motivation Clinic changing diet and lifestyle programme? Its a programme started by a Dr. Laroque (Canadian doctor) and it's about changing your psychological processes regarding food as well as your diet. I joined it 2 weeks ago and the weightloss is slow, but steady....but hunger on the programme is tough. Anyone else doing it? How're ye coping with it? I know it takes a long time to change the habits of a lifetime....but this is kinda tough!
