Who is in with me..... walk or run..... for those of us just getting back in the swing of things with exercise.

I'll start.... I did 2.5 miles today.

LOL, now if only I could spell "walking".

  • Thank you for the invite. I do walk a bit but very carefully. My right knee really doesn't appreciate it at all and lets me know that. I'd be happy to join in but mine would have to be on a stationery bike as I don't get very far walking. I'm up to 3 miles on the bike. I just need to get there more often. Would that work for your challenge?

    Whatever you / we can do....

    when it warms up some, I'll be doing 5 mile walks with my puppy.... a tired puppy is a good puppy!

  • I'm in! I walked 2 miles yesterday and started adding in some (very short) intervals of jogging. I'm hoping to be jogging at least 1 out of 2 miles by the end of the month.

    another 1.5 miles today.... total of 4 miles in 2 days.
  • 1 mile yesterday and 2 today. Total of 5. :)
