    The default recommendation for MFP is really low. I think mine was 20g before I moved those precentages over.

    0.5-1g per pound is a decent amount for an active person.

    :drinker: I go over my protein all the time. The extra protein seems to keep me full longer, I so think it is good to keep a little extra protein in each meal.

    Yup, I also tend to go over on my protein pretty much every day, and I've still lost weight.
    MFP DOES tend to go alittle low with their allowence.

    Toss some of your carb % over into protein and you wont have to worry about "going over".
