The default recommendation for MFP is really low. I think mine was 20g before I moved those precentages over.
0.5-1g per pound is a decent amount for an active person.0 -

Yup, I also tend to go over on my protein pretty much every day, and I've still lost weight.
MFP DOES tend to go alittle low with their allowence.0 -
Toss some of your carb % over into protein and you wont have to worry about "going over".0
