I'd like to hit 210 by March 21st - I'm off to visit some people who haven't seen me for a couple of years, so they will already notice a difference, but 15 stone is a nice round number in the UK!0

I would like to be at 200lb on or before my b-day.0

My next goal is an under 19 minute 5K. No specific time period on that, but I'm pretty sure I can do it in less than a year.0

My short term goals are:
2-2.5lbs a week
40 minutes of cardio every other day w/other days being pilates+walking
I have a wedding to go to in May. I'd like to be 145-150 then, I'm 200 now.0
