I had my first official workout with a fitness trainer on Saturday and I could barely move on Sunday. Its a little better today. I haven'et exercised in 20 years. Did the trainer push me too hard or am I just that out of shape and have to deal with it. I am very discouraged because I feel so sore. I couldn't even do moy 3o minutes of daily walking.

If you haven't worked out in a really long time, that's normal. When I first started working out again, I was literally so sore that it was difficult for me to walk!
Don't be discouraged! Every time you work out after that time it'll get easier. Just take it easy, and eventually you'll notice you aren't feeling as sore as the last time. Believe it or not, you'll also start to miss feeling sore. Good luck and don't give up!!!!0
