Trying to find to balance

I'm 24 and need to lose about 70 to 80 pounds. I have two small kids though and struggle with time management. My second child is still really little and I don't want to disrupt her milk supply (which I did temporarily when I first cut back my calories). I feel a little nervous about pushing too hard and not being able to give that to her. I'm not against formula but I know babies benifit the most from their mothers milk. I was wondering if anyone is facing something simular. Would love friends.
