    anyone can call themselves a nutrionist.

    if you really want to seek help from an expert about diet and nutrition, you need to seek a registered dietician. even doctors are not the best source, since nutrition is so specialized.

    Exactly this ^^

    I am working on my dietetics degree, but not a nutritionist. Just have to find people you trust, and do your research.

    This is a free site with members from all around the world. Lots of people have opinions but I only agree with some of them!
    Take anything you read here with an open mind, and if you want professional advice that is tailored to you - then get a referral to a real live expert.
