I'm just looking for a pedometer or something like one that tracks how many stairs or flights of stairs that you walk up or maybe even down. If you know of any, please reply!

    I would think any pedometer or step counter will do. If you reset before starting it will keep track of each step as you go up or down stairs. I think there are 14 stairs in flight of stairs so you could divide the total by that.
