What does 1900 Calories look like?

Hi all, first post...
this might sound like a strange question, but i've been logging my food intake for two days and due to living abroad, a) i'm not sure if i've been able to log some of the foods i've eaten correctly and b) I can't work out the nutritional value of he foods in the superstore. So i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction as to what an average days worth of calories should look like??
Sometimes i think i'm eating enough but other times i'm think i could possibly be eating too little. For example, for dinner last night i had 1 1/2 chicken breasts with a plate of frozen veg. According to MFP, what i ate came to 302 calories. Not enough at all but it felt like a lot.
I kow this might be a strange request, but i really want to change and really want to start this off in the right way to avoid failure!
