Pizza Fritta- 130 cal per Slice!
insanly easy. Yummy Hot or Cold and so easy To reheat and pretty easy on the waistband.Makes 8 Servings

7 Eggs
4 oz Light Cream Cheese
4 oz baked ham-chopped
1/2 Cup Green pepper-chopped
1/4 Cup red Onion-Chopped
3/4 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
1/2 tsp each basil & Oregano
1/4 Cup tomato- diced
1 oz Light Cheese- grated
Note Most ingredients are optional. don't want the cheese, don't add it, don't want tomato. Go hard. want pepperoni. Add it on in! I had pepperoni in mine. Loved it. But didn't add any grated cheese. but i may of upped the cream cheese in teh recipe as well. <.<
Heat oven to 350
Sauteed green pepper, onion, mushrooms in a pan til onion is clear. in a bowl.Mix Eggs and Cream cheese til Well Mixed. Add remaining ingredients except the grated cheese. Pour into a 10 inch Pie Plate/Pan.
Pop into the oven. Bake 9 minutes. Rotate pie so its baked even. bake another 9 minutes or until when you gently shake the pie. nothing jiggles. Lol.Add the cheese, let sit til melted. Cut into 8.Serve.
