    If its free i'll gladly take a massage, if not then i'll just use my foam roller and lacrosse ball. Its the same thing.

    Ew I hate massages they really gross me out and make my skin crawl! I hate them so much my otherhalf thinks its funny to run those wooden things up my back when we are round the shops to make me cringe! Ew I shudder just thinking about them :sick:
