I have my ipod going from the time I dress out to the time I get ready for my shower, so I guess the answer to that is yes.
As far as what I listen to, mostly Metal and Hard Rock, with a little bit of rap or hip hop mixed in. Lots of Disturbed and Metallica, Some Poison and Eminem. Then once I go into cooldown, I kick it over to some easy listening.0 -

Lots and lots of rock for me. Disturbed, breaking benjamin, volbeat, mudvayne, skillet, etc etc. Motivates me to push/run harder/faster0

I take exercise as a chance to listen to new music! It encourages me to do it more often, avoiding repetition is key in my eyes and this is the best way to do it!
So this week it'll be
Cloud Nothings - Attack On Memory
Mark Langean Band - Blues Funeral
Sharon Van Etten - Tramp
Beth Jeans Houghton & The Hooves Of Destiny - "Yours Truly, Celophone Nose"
Ranging from quite pacey indie rock, folk and misc
I will occasionaly slip in an old favourite of mine which will be anything from hip hop to rock to dance to dubstep to avant garde... depends on my mood0
