hello there

as u guys might know im an informations collecting geek regarding my weight loss project and doing so helps me alot to stable and steady my progress.

as u guys know there is something called PAL or physical activity level and its a measurement for daily exercise weight losers ...i used to be a just-calories guy without any exercise except if i over eat my daily dosage.

i recently discovered that "PAL"'s levels changes the outcome of ur weekly weigh-ins...but i fail at measuring it with or without the calories deficits im making.

for example lets say my level is 1.7 right?

should i calculate that as a number only or it has to do with how many calories u burnt?

wat im trying to say is.....is PAL a calories counted or its just the activity ur doing ?

another example would be :

- Jake did a 1.7 activity and 2 pounds per week deficit = he lost 4 pounds
- tom did a 2 pounds weekly deficit with no exercise = he lost 2 pounds

is the above is true or false?

thx alot for reading ur answers would help me alot
