Favourite Jillian? And space...

Options
I see so many rave reviews for Jillian DVDs on here that I was thinking of giving one a go.

Which one is your favourite and/or which one would you recommend doing first?
AND
I only have a small-ish living room - do you need a lot of space to do it?

Thanks!

THIS is such a difficult question, I love them all!

Killer Buns and Thighs is exactly that, killer. Not tons of cardio, but great workout overall and not a lot of space needed.

Banish Fat/Boost Meta is mostly body-weight, not tons of space required for that either.

My top two are Ripped in 30 and Yoga Meltdown... but really, you can't go wrong with any of them! :)

If you're just starting out, 30 Day Shred is a good starting stone, lots of people use that one first and then graduate to the others.

If you only want to 'dip your toe in' Tesco were selling 2 DVDs for £10 to include Jillian Michaels 30 day shred (which is where I got mine) along with one of those 10 minute work out DVDs.
I'm enjoying the 30 day shred one, even though I could barely walk after the 1st day - and that was on the easiest routine...
    Good luck

I am on day 4 today of the 30 DS - My legs are just recovering a bit now! lol
I can definately recommend it, enough space needed for a jumping jack and to lay on the floor thats it. :)
Give it a go - Amazon is cheap too.

I started with the Banish Fat Boost Metabolism -- has some kick boxing moves, some calisthenics, some body weight & abs - a good over all workout -- and No More Trouble Zones witch is almost all body weight. But they are 45 minutes long each.

I like 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 because they are shorter (25 min about) and there are multiple workouts per disc. After I completed the month of each, I just choose which ever workouts I like the best or am feeling up to (they increase in difficulty). 6 week 6 pack is good too, I do those after a run sometimes.

None need more space than you can lie down in.

I like the 30DS, it works well when you need a quick workout. That is the one I started with. I then went to BFBM and NMTZ.

I hate BFBM with a passion. Hate hate hate. I struggled through it for a month while I was doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day challenge [different JM videos on different days], but after that I never used it again. It's a great workout, don't get me wrong...just didn't like it.

I like NMTZ, but it definitely keeps you going and is a hard workout. At least if you're not in shape, like I was.

I have Yoga Meltdown and Killer Buns and Thighs, but haven't used them yet.

I used 6W6P, I do like that one. Can't find my DVD at the moment, otherwise I'd start.

I use torrents to download any of my exercise videos, except the 6W6P, I bought that one.
