I started the C25K last week and I've been RAVENOUS ever since. I've not been hungry since I started this six months ago but all of a sudden I'm flat out starving.
I'm eating my exercise calories back. I'm getting my protein in. Do I need to up my calories?

No, just make sure the food you are eating is nutritious and not just empty calories or junk. You are hungry because you are burning more calories than you are taking in, which is conducive to weightloss, which in turn, is good
ps Protein such as eggs are filling and are not high in calories, they are excellent to eat for somebody who trains.0
