My name is Pamela and i have just joined this fantastic site. A friend mentioned it to me and i am so glad i joined. I have lost 3 stone before i joined but i seem to be flagging a bit and i didnt want to put the whole 3 stone back on again ......so here i am !!!!!! It is great that you have to account for every mouthful or drink ........i think this is going to be great for me. So i am going to continue my weight loss journey with My Fitness Pal.
