Polar HRM - the annoying beep!

Can anyone tell me how to turn off the beeping noise on my FT4?

I am not sure which HRM I have but I turned mine off too! It is under settings and user on mine. When I get home if you haven't found your answer I will see if that is the one I have and tell you how I did it...

Go to settings, Training settings, training sounds.
Set training sounds to "OFF"
