Surgery after weight loss?

How many have done this, I have lost a bit of weight and everyday I look in the mirror and wish the skin would go back but I have been heavy since I was a kid and I know my skin will only tighten up a little. I have had 2 c sections and that lovely scar but my problem areas is inner thighs, abdominal area and yes I will say it saggy boobs, I just want those full again. Anyone willing to share some pics if you have done it?
