Rather my experience with weight loss and weight gain.
I've been on every diet on the block, expect for any of those diets where you buy prepackaged foods on a meal plan. However, I did live on Lean Cuisines for about three years. I've been a vegan, a vegetarian, I've eaten organic foods, low calorie, low carb, metabolic foods....all maintaining a diet for over a year. or so. I know what I can make a lifestyle and what I cannot.
Everyone's different, but I'm a walking reference book when it comes to diets. I got sick of yo yo-ing in 1999 and my brother introduced me to the Atkins diet.
I could maintain this life style and I do not cut out any of the food groups (I just won't eat starches, processed sugar or anything processed for that matter. )
In the past, when dieting; My fat size would be a size 14/16, which is around 180 pounds. My thin size would be a size 12 around 174.
Now, when maintaining a clean lifestyle; My fat size is a size 10 around 165 and my thin size is a size 4/6 which is 135-145.
I'm currently at my fat size of 10 right now. I know what brought it on. Normally I can rid myself of extra weight quickly. Due to diet pop, or age or something, it's just not coming off as easily as it was in the past. I know exactly what put me here and it only took about SIX WEEKS of stupid!
I work out smart at the gym 4-7 days a week. I drink 10+ glasses of water a day.
I'm trying to find the trigger that is causing this.
I haven't publicly put up my food because I am back in the induction phase of the Original Atkins Diets circa 1972. It causes some people to go bazerk.
