Just signed up yesterday as have a bit of a spare tyre and need to lose about a stone. I'm a 41 year old father of a 6 month old little lad and my motiviation is that I don't want to be last in the dad's race at school. As he's only 6 months old I have time on my side but now is as good a time to start as any.

I've used a similar iphone app before and found that the need to add anything eaten to the diary makes me stop eating things I don't really need like 2 fruit corner yoghurts at 10pm at night.

Introducing the exercise/fitness will be a little harder as I spend a lot of time commuting but that can wait a little while yet...........
