Stuck in this rut... maybe this is my natural weight?

Hello,
So everyday for months i weigh myself just to see if i stayed the same or whatever. Anyway, I'm just wondering- right now i weight 112lbs. I wanted to lose 5lbs before my wedding in August but no matter how healthy i eat or sometimes like the past few days how crappy, I stay the same give or take a pound or two. I know that everyone fluctuates daily and some women when pms strikes up to 10lbs, but why am i staying in this area.?! I would like to lose that 5lbs but if this is my "natural" weight will i be able to without strict calorie cuts and bad/dangerous eating habits?
Anyone going through the same thing?

In situations like yours, I don't think a weight loss goal is appropriate because it can lead you down a road of continual food restriction and related health issues. A goal toward body recomposition seems better as it allows a reasonable diet and excersize plan. Also, there is less possibility of scale fixation and the related urge to cut calories beyond a reasonable amount.

Hey all to answer your questions i'm not sure why my diary cannot be viewed.... its open to the public. And i am 5'2. I don't have dangerous eating habits anymore. I am here to lose healthily. I usually maintain my goal of at least 1200 sometime more. I workout 3times a week (try too anyway) and my lowest weight was 69lbs 2yrs ago as of this summer.0

Congrats on knowing that you want to lose the healthy way by looking at your pic, I think you look great! I do see a nutritionist and she says that there is a weight that you body gets comfortable with and it is hard to break past it. Do you workout with weights? That may help you get the results that you are looking for0

At 5'2 and 112 pounds you are already a healthy weight and your body is probably teling you to maintain your weight.0 -
Isnt 69llbs like 4stone 9 llbs??? did you weigh that???0
