The side plank! I have been doing an Amazing program called ChaLEAN Extreme and in this certain video, we have to hold side plank. And I can do it, the entire 30 seconds WITH STACKING my feet!!! I feel like I could even go longer!
Whenever, I was doing P90X last year, It was all I could do to do side plank with one knee down! It's amazing that I only weigh about 7 lbs less than I did then but my strength and endurance has become so much more!
It's not always the scale that is important when it comes to our fitness!

Congrats!! I feel the same about my squats and crunches.
I could only do maybe 30 before and now I don't feel like I did anything unless I make it passed 100.
