WII Zumba 2

I recently bought Zumba 2 for the WII and tried it for the first time today. I did a full class routine which was 53 minutes and it said i burned 1443 calories - can this be right??!! I am 5'9" and weigh around 13 stones. This amount of calories just seemed quite a lot for only doing 53 minutes and i hadnt sweated as much as when doing the Zumba Cardio Party DVD.
