For anyone who is interested, Bodyrock.tv has the February schedule and fit test up. I started yesterday. They are amazing! I've lost 2 lbs since Thursday just from body rocking! So awesome. Who knew 12minutes of exercising could be so effective!?

I've never done any bodyrock workouts and wanted to try it out so I did the Fit Test last night. Had a question though, do u know if we need any equipment on this challenge?

Aaargh you're like the 5th person to mention this! Hooray! I need to get my booty in gear tonight and give a go! I have sciatica so January's challenge was a bust. I got through the Fit Test (with flying colors) but Day 2 was too much for my nerve and I could only do half of the exercises. It's ok, not giving up! I know how to work with my issue and when not to push it.

    Excited for this one!

I love it too! Been bodyrocking for 3 years and its all I do, people don't believe me when I tell them I only workout for 12 minutes, but it really does work!

They do use equipment in the videos but they also show you alternatives that don't use any.

I just use my handweights and modify some of the exercises. Like instead of the sandbag I use weights. Instead of the equalizer bar I use two chairs. I do dips on my coffee table. I think all the exercises can be done using different methods and still be effective.

Ok Good! I actually found an app for the Interval timer instead of having to buy the bodyrock one. Do they post the workouts at night? Last night it was about 10:20ish when they posted the fit test. Just wondering so I can be a day behind to be able to do them during the day.

Right now I'm on recovery week of Insanity and start the 2nd month next week. I am going to try and do both and see how that works out.

Just saw she posted the Diet Info...

It really is so amazing just 12 minutes 5 days a week! Although I have to admit, those 12 minutes wipe me out! I love bodyrocking. And you look incredible! You're an inspriation!
