3 Day Detox

A while back I bought some diet pills called Lipofuse. I wasn't able to take the diet pills because they contain cinimmon which I am allergic to. However, it came with a few bottles of the 3 day detox. I was sondering if anyone has ever tried them and if they work. Also what do I need to expect if I take them. I am scared to try them so they are still in the box they came in.
