Yes, it is time for another 30 day Challenge! What do you want to accomplish in just 30 days, that is only 4 short weeks! You can make MAJOR changes to your body, attitude, confidence level and so on! We can do anything for just FOUR SHORT WEEKS!

We are desiring to improve our eating habits, workout habits and also to re-inventing ourselves to morph into that beautiful, sexy, BEST US that WE can be! Are you in?

I hope to keep this thread here on the Message Board due to losing alot of participants with our Valentine's Challenge when we moved them to the Group Section.

For now, here are the nuts and bolts! This actual challenge starts Feb. 17th and runs until March 17th. But up until then we can do intros and have mini-challeges, conversations, etc to gets us warmed up!

We weigh-in on Fridays and keep a tally of total weight loss. YOU choose what daily goals you want to achieve on a regular basis, and each day you check in with your list of daily goals and mark them done or not. This REALLY helps in keeping us focused!

There will also be weekly mini-challenges and support for one another.

We ask you to join ONLY IF you TRULY want to commit to the entire 30 days and you are willing to DAILY check in with your daily results. We also ask that you participate in giving support and motivation as well as be available to receive it. We would like this challenge to be VERY supportive and ALIVE with victories, support, success and help when needed! And that can only come from all of us working together towards a common goal..... a sexier, healthier, more beautiful US!

Please introduce yourself with telling us about yourself (anything you want a special group to know about you), your challenges in this journey, your victories, and what you want your DAILY goals to be when we start. Don't forget the total of weightloss that you would like to lose! Oh and starting weight will be on the 17th, so don't worry about that right now.

So LET's GO! Just FOUR SHORT WEEKS!
