NROL for Women

I have requested this book from my local library. (I want to be sure that it is what I am looking for before I purchase a copy) I have to wait a week or two before it gets to my library. I have started trainging for a half marathon and would really love to build muscles while I am training. Plus I know that this will help me lose the fat. So any pointers for someone to get a jump start before I get the book in my hands. Tonight is my lifting night and would like to get a routine going.
